This post highlights the “Price Drop & Availability Alerts” feature. Like all tools within the Nurture Boss platform, this is available to all of our customers! You won’t find Nurture Boss up-charging for access to these great new tools we build 😎

What Are Alerts?

Nurture Boss leverages our deep integrations with your PMS & CRM to gather crucial data for all prospective renters to understand exactly what their wants and needs are. A few of those key attributes are: desired move in date, price range, and desired bedroom/bath count.

We use this data to understand when something has changed that creates opportunity for these prospective renters. If marketing conditions, availability, pricing, amenity availability, or other meaningful changes are identified, Nurture Boss can alert prospective renters to these positive changes so they can act quickly and take advantage of the new reality.

Price Drop Alerts

Through our integrations we capture the current available units at your property. This data is updated on a daily basis.

The Price Drop Alerts feature works by identifying units that match the needs of a prospect which have recently dropped price. The attributes we match are price, bedroom count, and available date for move in.

Our Price Drop Alert feature will wait for a price to decrease by at least $50 before alerting a prospect.

This alert will then use the customization set up by the customer or our Customer Success team within the alert itself to craft a bespoke message to be delivered to the prospective renter as soon as possible.

Like all messages sent from Nurture Boss, all activity and engagement is tracked and reported back to the CRM and onsite team.

Availability Alerts

Through our integrations we capture the current available units at your property. This data is updated on a daily basis.

The Availability Alerts feature works by identifying units that match the needs of a prospect which have recently become available. The attributes we match are price, bedroom count, and available date for move in.

The Availability Alert will ensure the newly available unit matches the desired move in date of the prospect along with the bedroom count.

This alert will then use the customization set up by the customer or our Customer Success team within the alert itself to craft a bespoke message to be delivered to the prospective renter as soon as possible.

Like all messages sent from Nurture Boss, all activity and engagement is tracked and reported back to the CRM and onsite team.
