As we continue to grow, we’re hiring an Account Manager to focus exclusively on expanding business with existing customers.
What We Need
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new revenue opportunities within our current customer base. That includes growing adoption of our Virtual Leasing Assistant across additional properties, upselling new features and services, and ensuring our customers are maximizing the impact of our platform. You won’t be handling day-to-day support or retention responsibilities—that’s owned by our Customer Success team. Your focus will be on strategic expansion and increasing the footprint of Nurture Boss within each account.
You’ll partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities, develop growth plans, and position the value of our solutions to decision-makers across our clients’ portfolios. This role has national coverage and involves periodic in-person visits and event attendance (approximately 1–3 trips per quarter) to build relationships and drive growth across your territory.
What You’ll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of Nurture Boss customers, with full accountability for identifying and closing expansion opportunities across their property portfolios.

Act as a strategic growth partner to property management companies, helping them scale the use of Nurture Boss products—especially the Virtual Leasing Assistant—across more communities.

Proactively drive expansion conversations by aligning our platform’s capabilities with customer business goals, performance gaps, and market trends.

Deliver consistent, measurable revenue growth by increasing product adoption, securing upsells, and expanding usage across existing accounts.

Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion-ready accounts, leveraging their insights while maintaining clear ownership of upsell and cross-sell execution.

Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers including regional managers, marketing directors, and portfolio executives, both remotely and through in-person meetings within your assigned territory.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to position Nurture Boss’s value effectively and ensure a unified customer experience.

Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting using HubSpot and other internal tools to track activity and outcomes.

Participate in select account transitions post-sale or post-onboarding to drive alignment and lay the groundwork for future expansion opportunities.
What You’ve Done
- 3+ years of experience in account growth, expansion sales, or strategic account management, ideally in a remote, territory-based role within SaaS or proptech.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, pitching, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder environments and presenting data-driven recommendations to regional managers, marketing leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights and persuasive business cases.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities while collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms); familiarity with outbound tools like Salesloft is a plus.
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term relationship building, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable value to customers.
