Why This Role Rocks

You won’t just be another sales representative. You’ll have a direct hand in winning deals, creating playbooks, and influencing how we sell for years to come. You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. This is a seat at the table, not a cubicle in the corner.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt down new opportunities via cold email, calls, LinkedIn, networking, and onsite visits
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and close deals with decision-makers
  • Own relationships with target accounts until handoff to Customer Success
  • Partner with CSMs for smooth onboarding, quarterly reviews, and account expansion
  • Stay sharp on our product, industry trends, and creative ways to win deals
  • Help refine our sales strategies, processes, and playbooks as we scale

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years proven sales success in SaaS or the multifamily industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Polished communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Strong technical and business acumen (you can simplify complex ideas)
  • A “get it done” mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and hungry to win
  • Comfort with feedback, iteration, and fast pivots in a startup environment
  • Top-tier organizational skills and the ability to prioritize like a pro
