Wow 2021 has been an exciting year in multifamily. The bounce back from 2020 has exceeded everyone expectations! This is exciting for Property Management Companies, Asset Owners, and Vendors (like Nurture Boss!) alike. We wanted to take a second to look back on 2021 for Nurture Boss. And a sneak peak of 2022 😉

Q1 at Nurture Boss

In Q1 Nurture Boss saw 78% growth! It was a big quarter for us. Q1 was an opportunity for us, internally, to double down on our Vision, Mission, and Cultural Pillars and get re-aligned to tackle 2021 with the grit and tenacity we embody as a startup. We expanded into 9 new states, helped over 2,000 families find their next home, and gave back over 1,600 hours a week back to onsite teams. We completed a capital raise that allowed us to grow our team and grow our product in some meaningful ways. Some product release highlights are:

  • Completed our integration with Yardi
  • Released our 2 way messaging feature
  • Introduced many new beautiful templates for texts and emails
  • Added more reporting and insights to our dashboards

Q2 at Nurture Boss

In Q2 we just kept on growing! We introduced some key players to the Nurture Boss team and kept improving on our product. We expanded into 2 new states, grew by over 100% in H1, delivered an average of 25X ROI per property, and grew application submission rates by 35%. We also had some exciting product updates:

  • Released new “Blast” feature to make it easier than ever to communicate with all of your prospects and residents
  • Released new resident focused automation tracks kicking off Nurture Boss’s “Renewal Conversion Automation” products
  • Create a more robust text message opt-in functionality allowing us to reach even more prospects and residents on their phones.
  • Added more functionality to our RealPage integration allow us to schedule follow-ups for engaged prospects.

Q3 at Nurture Boss

Q3 brought 90% more growth to Nurture Boss! We added more team members to the family and kept iterating on our product making it even more valuable for Property Management Companies and Asset Owners across the country. We expanded into 18 states across the country, drove thousands of inbound calls to properties, sent hundreds of thousands of messages to prospects and residents, and drove down delinquencies by over $50,000 per property per month leveraging Nurture Boss! We also released some exciting product updates:

  • Released Build Your Own Automation (BYOA) allowing customers to create custom automated nurture tracks for their properties
  • Released our Custom Email Template Builder. This product empowered our customers to use our drag and drop template builder to create any template they can imagine
  • Improved on our Customer Branding functionality

Q4 at Nurture Boss

Q4 brings us to the end of 2021 for Nurture Boss. This year, we helped our customers send over 1 million personalized, timely, and highly actionable messages that drove a record number of outcomes for the properties we serve. Additionally, we’ve seen 215% growth as a business, expanded our presence across the country, and more than doubled the size of our team. We’ve completed integrations with Entrata and Rentgrata making our product even more valuable to mutual customers. We’ve attended some great events including: AIM, Apartmentalize, OptTech, AMA Trade Show, and AAA Trade Show where we had the opportunity to spend time with our amazing customers and meet a ton of new faces. We are incredibly thankful and grateful for all of our customers that help us “make a better world for renters, residents, and onsite teams through innovation, understanding, and common sense”.

2022 and Beyond

We can’t wait for 2022 and all the exciting things it will bring to multifamily and Nurture Boss. Take a look at our events calendar to see where you can find us next year. We will continue to develop great products that allow apartments to truly operationalize their CRM with Lease Conversion Automation and Renewal Conversion Automation. Our focus on modern technology that brings great solutions to real problems onsite teams deal with will continue to drive us and make us better.

In 2022 we will also continue to focus on and expand partnerships with industry leading CRMs and ILSs allowing us to bring even more value to mutual customers!
